God Meets Us in the Middle of the Struggle

In this two-minute devotional, Cisco Terrazas shares a powerful reminder that even in seasons of pain, pressure, and uncertainty, God’s grace never leaves us. His strength shows up in our weakness, His mercies meet us every morning, and His purpose is at work even when life makes no sense.

Join us as we look at 2 Corinthians 12:9, Lamentations 3:22–23, and Romans 8:28 - scriptures that anchor us in the truth that God is with us, working behind the scenes, turning pain into purpose.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or walking through a difficult chapter, this message is for you.

Hello, brothers and sisters. This is Cisco Terrazas coming to you for another from wrong to strong two minute Devotional. Today I'd like to speak about the reality of pain and struggle and how God meets us in the middle of it. Life often brings seasons of pain, uncertainty, and struggle times when it feels like the weight of the world is pressing against us. Yet even in those dark valleys. God's grace and mercy never leaves us. His love doesn't depend on our circumstances. It is constant, unchanging, and powerful enough to sustain us through anything when we stumble or grow weary. His grace lifts us when we face trials too heavy to bear. His mercies covers us in our lowest moments. God is often doing his greatest work, refining our faith, drawing us closer, and reminding us that his strength is made perfect in our weakness. As the apostle Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 12:9, my grace is sufficient for you, for my powers made perfect in weakness. Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. God's grace is not just enough. It is overflowing. When we trust him, even suffering becomes a place where his glory shines brightest. Also, as it says in Lamentations 3:22-23. The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases. His mercies never come to an end, and they are new every morning. Great is Your faithfulness. And even in hardships, let us rest in his truth. In Romans 8:28, all things work together for good, for those who love God, who are called according to his purpose. Paul begins with certainty. He doesn't say we hope or we think. He says, we know. This shows a deep confidence in God's character and faithfulness, even when life doesn't make sense. Believers can stand on what they know to be true about God rather than what they see or feel in the moment. So today, if you find yourself in a season of difficulty, hold on. God's grace hasn't run out and his mercy hasn't forgotten you. He is with you working behind the scenes, turning pain into purpose and despair into hope. I hope this message touches someone's heart today. Please share with others because there are many out there who need to hear the message of hope that is promised by our savior, Jesus Christ. I am Cisco Terrazas, and I am from wrong to strong.
