From Wrong To Strong
Week #42 - 2-Minute Devotional w/ Cisco Terrazas
In this weeks 2-Minute Devotional, Cisco Terrazas shares a message from Matthew 8:5–13, where a Roman centurion’s faith was so genuine that it amazed Jesus Himself. The centurion didn’t need to see proof - he simply believed that Jesus’ word was enough.
This devotional challenges us to trust God the same way - to take Him at His word, to believe His promises, and to live with a faith that moves mountains.
Listen in and be encouraged to strengthen your faith, stand firm on His Word, and remember that even faith the size of a mustard seed can move what seems impossible.

Hello brothers and sisters. This is Cisco Terrazas coming to you for another from wrong to strong two minute Devotional. The Bible verse I'd like to touch on today will be Matthew 8:5-13 When Jesus had entered Capernum. The centurion came to him asking for help, Lord, he said, my servant lies at home, paralyzed, suffering, terribly. Jesus said to him, shall I come and heal him? The centurion replied, Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof, but just say the word and my servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority with soldiers under me. I tell this one, go and he goes, and that one come. And he comes. I say to my servant, do this and he does it. When Jesus heard this, he was amazed and said to those following him, truly, I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith. I say to you that many will come from the East and the West and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the Kingdom of heaven. But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside into the darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then Jesus said to the centurion, go let it be done just as you believed it would, and this servant will be healed. At that moment, A Roman centurion pleads with Jesus to heal his servant instead of asking Jesus to come to his home. He says, just say the word and my servant will be healed. The centurion recognized authority, he knew that just as his commands carried power over soldiers, Jesus' word carried power over sickness. Jesus was amazed and said, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith. Verse 10, think about that. The Son of God marveling a human faith. That shows us that true faith is not about proximity or rituals, but about complete trust in His word. Hebrews 11:1 reminds us Now faith is confidence in what we hope for, and assurance about what we do not see. The centurion lived this out. He trusted without seeing. And in Romans 10:17 tells us, Faith comes from hearing the message and the message is heard through the word about Christ. His faith was rooted in the authority of Jesus' word alone. Today, Jesus still calls us to that kind of faith. Faith that takes him at his word, faith. That amazes him. What if we lived every day believing his promises? As fully as the Centurion did? How much faith is required to believe in God's word? Matthew 17:20 reminds us Because you have so little faith. Truly, I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, move from here to there and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you. I hope this message touches someone's heart today. Please share it with others because there are many out there who need to hear this message of hope that is promised by our savior, Jesus Christ. I am Cisco Terrazas, and I am from wrong to strong.
